Decoder appliance continues to reboot after and power recycle.

I have been having issues with the decoder service failing to initialize. I was able to restart the decoder service but I still had the initialization error. I decided to stop the decoder service and reboot using power cycle. As a result, it is in a reboot loop. I did open a case with support but wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions. I attached the screen shots as an example

Good to hear the reboot eventually worked.

Please consider arranging a time to uprade the Series 5 appliance iDRAC, BIOS, PERC firmware's.

iDRAC: -> 2.83.83.83
BIOS: 2.4.3 -> 2.11.0
PERC: 25.5.3.0005 -> 25.5.7

I notice the PERC firmware update includes fixes for a few controller hang situations.
