We need to format ESA hard disk.Can you Please tell me which type of cable(Hard disk to USB) it required to do this activity?

Actually Our ESA is in dead state and we need to format ESA hard disk by externally by connecting cable from hard disk to USB.

So please suggest me the cable which is required to do this activity.

Just curious to know the plan for wiping the on-board disk. If you want re-use the disks in ESA, you can try build-stick which can bring the appliance online by wiping existing OS.

Actually we have to return this appliance to RSA back, before that we need to errase all the data from that hard drive.

Can you please share me the link to buy that cable online.

You shouldn't need any cable to wipe the disks, just a USB bootstick with partedmagic (or similar) installed. https://linhost.info/2010/06/how-to-create-a-parted-magic-bootable-usb-flash-drive/
