Getting failed change the service status and Failed to restart Concentrator Service: Unable to determine Host version

I have stood up 3 separate virtual machines-concentrator,log collector and an EDR server. Under the broker, I can see the new log EDR Concentrator but I cannot start the aggegate service. I restarted the edr concentrator in the UI but got an error: Failed to restart Concentrator service: Unable to determine Host version. Invalid host ID. Has anyone ever encountered this error. Any assistance is appreciated. Thank you.
