Has anyone experienced queries not saving when constructing a rule?

I am experiencing an issue that the "where" statements logic is not saving when I click save. I have never seen this issue before. As a result, the rules are returning no data. I validated that the rule works and that the logic is functioning and returning results when I do a query in the console. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Alternatively, from the RSA Customer Support page, click on Ask A Question on the blue navigation bar and choose Ask A Product Related Question.  From there, scroll to RSA NetWitness Platform" data-type="space and click Ask A Question.  That way your question will appear in the correct space.
