How to access download for SA

When trying to access download from the community this week, we were not able to download upgrade packages, we get the below error.

I used before to download them from https://knowledge.rsasecurity.com without any problem

Hi Bechara,

It looks like there was an issue with your account that was preventing you from accessing the NetWitness / Security Analytics downloads.  I have resolved the issue so you should now be able to access them successfully.
