There is no command that you can run to determine how long is left on the concentrator indexing. However you can look in /var/log/messages on the concentrator and search for ETL this is the estimated time left along with a percentage. It will provide a general idea of how much longer it thinks it will take for the indexing to complete. These messages are added to the /var/log/messages file on a regular basis as it performs the reindexing. This is currently the only method for seeing what you are looking for.
