See attached. I am trying to activate RSA NetWitness Investigator. Versions 10.6 and 11.4 throw three scripting errors and fail with 301 Moved Permanently during the freeware registration and activation process. A freeware account verification email is not being sent to me, so there is no way to verify my account to finish activating Investigator in freeware mode.

Has there been any progress on this issue yet as I am experiencing the same issue. Is there anyway to manually verify a user for activation?

Thank you for confirming the issue.
There is no known manual way to activate the Investigator at present.
We are still investigating on the issue and I will update this page as soon as we have something to share.

Please can you give an update about this issue. I have been trying for 3 days to activate NetWitness Investigator and get the same 301 Moved Permanently error message.

You should be able to register the Investigator thick client now.
