Hi all,
I'm looking at downloading the log parser tool but where ever I look or whatever hyper link I find on a previous discussion only ever shows the result - unauthorized!
Can anyone help please?

Hi Daniel,
It looks like the reason you're getting an Unauthorized message when trying to access the download is because when you registered for your RSA Link account you had deselected the "I am an RSA Customer or Partner" option which meant that you registered for limited access on the website. (Refer to the article 000034625 - Why am I getting an "Unauthorized" error when attempting to access a product page or content on RSA Link? for more information.)
Product downloads (with the exception of the RSA NetWitness Investigator client, which is considered freeware) are restricted to customers and partners with valid maintenance contracts and registering with the "I am an RSA Customer or Partner" option allows you to provide a serial number, Site ID or contract number to validate your customer/partner status. (Refer to the RSA Link Frequently Asked Questions for more information.)
Luckily it is very easy to upgrade your account to a customer/partner status by going back to https://community.rsa.com/register and re-registering with your same email address and this time selecting the "I am an RSA Customer or Partner" option and supplying a serial number for one of your appliances or a Site ID or contract number. You will not have to update your password, security questions or your On-Demand Authentication settings. (Refer to the article 000035296 - How to re-register as a customer or partner on RSA Link for more information.)
I hope this helps. If you encounter any issues with the instructions above then please let me know. Or you can reach out to RSA Customer Support using the form at https://community.rsa.com/contact and they will be able to assist as well.
Thanks,
Jeff
