Why you want to install the decoder and concentrator on vmware with ISO file.

You can simply upload an ovf file for any of the component.

Or still if you need to install thru an iso file, then make your pendrive bootble with the iso image and plug it on vmware instance and then install it. Simple

Check out this VMware link: Adding DVD or CD Drives to a Virtual Machine 

It has instructions for how to mount an ISO in VMWare. This will allow the VM to see the ISO as if you had a USB or DVD instead of just the ISO. What you are looking for is in step 4 of Adding a CD or DVD Drive.
