NwConcentrator[20382]: [Engine] [failure] Module concentrator failed to load. Cannot allocate memory

I could really do with some help with v10.6.3.0 seeing that RSA no longer support it.

I am getting the above error and and an initialization error. I have replaced the concentrator-custom.xml file from a working device, pushed it too but restarting the concentrator service always comes back with the error.

help please.

That host does not have enough memory to start the concentrator service. You can either add more memory to the host, or stop/restart other services on the host that might be reserving more memory than they should be.

That's what I thought but it's only using a fraction of it's capacity.

Deleting all the index files and restarting the concentrator service. After re-indexing the service started and is now working OK
