Reports in non zip format over the email...

Hi,

During my implementation of RSA SA, my customer asked me to share the reports in non zip format only in pdf format not by zipping them first.

Is there any way of doing that, because at the customer end the zip format is block.

Pls suggest how to achieve this. TIA.

Hi Deepanshu,

Assuming you are running Security Analytics 10.4 or above, you can follow the steps in KB article 000017167 to send PDFs rather than ZIP files of your emailed reports.

Yes, it will work for any version at or above 10.4.
