I've moved your question to the RSA NetWitness Platform space where it will be seen by the product's support engineers, other customers and partners. Please bookmark this page and use it when you have product-specific questions.
Alternatively, from the RSA Customer Support page, click on Ask A Question on the blue navigation bar and choose Ask A Product Related Question. From there, scroll to RSA NetWitness Platform and click Ask A Question. That way your question will appear in the correct space.

Erica

There used to be a page with virtual requirements https://community.rsa.com/docs/DOC-81260 but I guess RSA decided that it wasn't important so it has been removed.
Raising a ticket with support may not give you an accurate answer because they would also have to refer to some document, or make some values up so they can close the ticket.
By the way, as far as I can recall, they would only specify minimum IO for virtual storage and not so much detail that you are looking for.

Hi Mosab,
You can find guidelines around virtual specs here: Virtual Host Setup: Task 2. Review Optimal Datastore Space Configuration, which is part of the larger Virtual Host Installation Guide for RSA NetWitness Platform 11.3 - Table of Contents (also available on the main 11.3 page as a single downloadable PDF).
And I'll just leave this PSA here, seems like as good a spot as any.
While we appreciate when folks want to actively contribute within the community, doing so with false or misleading information, or in an unprofessional or disrespectful manner, is less appreciated.
We are all here to support one another, and those individuals who come to the RSA Link community hoping for help, support, knowledge, or answers are not well served when other participants in the community choose to be actively unhelpful or insulting.
It's disappointing that this even needs to be said at all, as the vast majority of the Link community engages with and supports one another admirably.
For all those who do not fall into this category, please refrain.
For all the rest of you, please continue doing what you're doing - we're all the better for it.
