Hi Yossi, Can you go to 'Server configuration' in the ECAT UI and verify
that 'Discovery Readiness' is enabled? This looks like someone has
disabled discovery which will prevent new agents from connecting to the

Hi Ariel, The agent count in the About box is loaded when you start the
ECAT UI and is not dynamic. If you restart the UI the count will be
updated. A better place to check the agent count is the "Server
Configuration" tab which shows "live" data.
