I need to request two replacement seed cds but the links that I have
will not allow me to create a case via the portal. I have contacted RSA
via phone and email and am now waiting for a callback / return mail.

Hi Jeff, Thanks for your assistance. However, as you mentioned, I do not
have access to any of the references that you refer to (Serial Number,
etc.). Obviously, without these I cannot register. Could you please
