Archer Version 5.5 SP4 P3

I am looking to download the newest version of Archer 5.5 SP4 P3.  However when I log onto the version download page I cannot find 5.5.   What is the link and where can I find the new version?

Hi Jim,

You can find the RSA Archer GRC 5.5 Downloads" data-type="space‌ page by clicking on the "Downloads" link under Product Resources on the RSA Archer GRC 5.5" data-type="space‌ page.  We have also now added it to the drop down menu under Downloads on the RSA Archer GRC" data-type="space‌ landing page.

Because the SP4 P3 download is restricted to customers with active maintenance contracts, it will not appear in search results for RSA Link itself.  Instead, you will need to click on the Additional Downloads button on the https://community.rsa.com/community/products/archer-grc/archer-55/downloads?sr=search&searchId=ee353c8d-5261-450c-93dd-3e5203c4daec&searchIndex=0‌ page to access the product downloads that are associated with your account.

Your still missing the point, yes I can click on RSA Archer GRC 5.5 and yes it takes me to My Products page. Archer platform, upgrade, continue, Download software, select RSA Archer Platform/RSA Archer Platform and you get both version 6.1 and version 5.5. Click 5.5 there is no Version 5.5 SP4 P3, for that matter you do not find the newest 5.5 Versions.

The only way you find the Version 5.5 SP4 P3 is by clicking on RSA Archer GRC Platform Version Upgrades, which takes you to Version 6.1. I ask who would know to click on Archive to find 5.5 SP4 P3

Hi Jim,

I apologize, I forgot to mention that you would need to click on the Archive tab to access previous versions of the software, as the Current tab only shows the most recent release.

This is explained on that page (see below), but I will engage the RSA Download Central team to see if this can be made more intuitive where to find earlier versions when multiple versions are still actively used.
