Auth Mgr 8.1.1 Extras - site won't load

Page fails to load when attempting to access RSA Auth Mgr 8.1.1 extras kit, and kit cannot be downloaded.  Please resolve ASAP.

I was trying to download the kit from the link on RSA Link - https://community.rsa.com/docs/DOC-44983 

It appears that the download link is working today.
