As per the subject header - I'm unable to access the following link to gain access to the updates/releases of RSA Authentication Manager.

I'm intending to upgrade 2 servers (primary/replica) from 8.1 SP 1 P 15 to the latest 8.5 release.
I posted before but the post was marked as spam for some reason, and i had no reply.

Apologies for the delay in response. After investigation we found that even in our old environment we were not able to find 8.2 Releases. So we are trying to check with the team who does these releases. Please allow us to check with him.

All of the release downloads are located in myRSA, which you can access with this link - https://my.rsa.com/product or by clicking on the Full Product Downloads button on the Authentication Manager Downloads page on RSA Link

Also we have opened a support case on your behalf with our Customer Asset Management (CAM) team to ensure you have the appropriate access. So please stand by for a response from them via email if you are not able to get to the downloads on myRSA immediately.
