Cannot create ticket

I been trying to create ticket but always getting error below.  It always hang on the subject.  It doesnt matter if I type in short or long subject.

Correct the highlighted errors and try again.

• Salesforce returned the following errors when trying to create the knowledge article: CaseTrigger: execution of BeforeInsert caused by: System.DmlException: Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: REQUIRED_FIELD_MISSING, Required fields are missing: [AccountId]: [AccountId] ()
