As a Titanium Partner, is there a reason why I don't have access to some of the most basic Archer resources on RSA Link? I can't access release notes, platform documentation, solution & use case materials, etc. Can you please correct my access so that I can access these types of resources? Thanks!

In checking your entitlements, I do not see a valid maintenance contract for your company for RSA Archer. This article on How to find the serial number or license key for your RSA product shows how to get the license key from the UI.

Hi Erica,
No, I have not been able to access the RSA Archer content. The article you provided suggested that I register as a partner with a valid maintenance contract. That's what I originally did, so that didn't address the issue, and is why I reached out to Support, here, in the hopes that you could help.
