While performing a search in content, is it possible to restrict the results based on the language of document?

There's not a way to restrict by language, per se, but you can restrict a search to a specific space, such as RSA SecurID Suite" data-type="space, RSA Archer Suite" data-type="space or RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle" data-type="space.  Since most non-English docs are in their own spaces, that would solve the problem.

Alternatively, you could use the Navigator tools which have language filters.  Searching for Navigator brings up the four Navigator tools on the right.
