I just registered for support and I went to open a case and I get the following error
Single Sign on error "We can't log you in. Check for an invalid assertion in the SAML Assertion Validator (available in Single Sign-On Settings) or check the login history for failed logins"
When I go into my profile I get no services have been authorized.
I did enter my companies s/n during registration
Any help would be appreciated, I can also be reached at 978 935 3817

Hi Alex,
Thanks for replying on this thread. I made an update to your RSA Link account -- would you mind using a fresh browser and trying again? You can go to https://community.rsa.com and click the "Log in" link. Once logged in, click on "My RSA."
Thank you
Joe
