Hi Support Team,
sadly I am not able to create a support case.
As of Friday I thought you guys were updating something on y'alls backend so I thought I could wait it out, but I am still not able to create a support case. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible .

I have the same issue. I tried emailing the only email I have available - rsa_customer_success_team@rsa.com. Is there a different support email address or phone number?

Both RSA Cloud Authenticator Service and RSA Authentication Manager. Attempting to set up the identity router between the two.
