Hello,
My hard token is set to expire in 9 days. What options do I have so I will not have an interruption in my ability to access Link?
Thanks

Hi Ron,
I checked your account, and it looks like you should be able to continue logging into RSA Link without the token. Hardware tokens are no longer required to access Link. You have a password, security questions, and also On-Demand Authentication set up.
If you are in need of resetting your password and/or identity verification information, please let us know by opening a case via the My RSA section of Link or emailing RSA Customer Support at support@rsa.com.
Thanks
Joe

Hi Ron,
You need to contact your internal IT department to request a replacement token.
They will need to assign you a replacement and ship it out to you if it is a hard token, or they can distribute a soft token to you electronically if your company uses soft tokens.
If your token expires before you have received your replacement there are ways for them to give you temporary access using a fixed passcode.
I hope that answers your question.

No, this token came from RSA specifically to log into SCOL, not my IT. This is to get into Link.

Thanks Joe,
My apologies Ron, I should have confirmed what the token was used for rather than assuming it was an internal token.
