Hi,
I am trying to get in contact with support for 3 days.
If I call the given number for Germany (00800 772 49000) I receive a message like "this number is not reachable from your location".
I raised a ticket at RSA Link access issues from the website How to contact RSA Support - RSA Link - 563897 and got the message that it could take up to 24 hours, but till today no response.
We bought some new licenses, my colleague with access to RSA left the company and know I am trying to get access. If I try to register my account with a serial number, site id oder contract number I always receive the message, that there was an error. We need quick support.
Maybe someone can get in contact with me?

@hash2k2 - Sorry about the delay in getting back to you here. Creating a case was the route to go for this type of issue. I see in the case that one of our Support members has reached out to you for further information on this issue. When you respond to their request they will be able to get you access.
