New account access

I created an account today to get access to RSA University, when I tried to log-in for check-out it does not recognize my Id/Password.  I verified the account  with the provided link and completed the security questions.  The denial persists.  Do I have the choice for resetting thru my E-mail?

It sounds like there may be an issue with your account.

If you could please send an email to the RSA Training Registration team at TrainingRegistation@rsa.com then they will be happy to help you resolve the issue.
