I'm trying to register to download the latest Authentication Manager, but there is no option to select it as one of the products during initial registration. I have my serial number but as I said Authentication manger does not show as an option.
I need to download patches and SP ASAP.

Thank you for reaching out using the RSA Link discussion boards. Please choose the "RSA SecurID" Product Family when registering.
To locate your license/serial number, go to the Authentication Manager Security Console:
Setup > Licenses > Status > View Installed Licenses
Click on LID Number and click “View”
Account ID or License Serial Number: (8-digit number)

Joe I tried all the products including the RSA SecureID and none would let me associate the serial number with my account.

I apologize for the inconvenience. It sounds like there may be a discrepancy that may be preventing the serial number from being associated with your email domain. I will reach out to you directly via email so that we can get this resolved.
In the meantime, I was able to grant you access to the RSA SecurID downloads pages so that you can reach the patches and service packs that you need.
