It's June 24nd and I am having the same issue.

My apology for the late reply. Welcome to the RSA Link community!

You cannot access Case Management because you are not registered with an entitlement that provides access to all features of the site. Please follow the steps in 000034625 - Why am I getting an "Unauthorized" error when attempting to access a product page or content on RSA Link? to register as a customer or partner.
