Hello,
I'm having two issues. One is that I cannot get to "my cases" page to open a case (see the attached screenshot below). Second is that I cannot import license which was issued recently from RSA sales representative.

For the SSO error, please take a look at 000035717 - A single sign-on error is displayed when accessing the Case Management portal on RSA Link
For your licensing issue with RSA Authentication Manager, it looks like you currently have a trial license installed. If you are trying to replace it with a production license you first need to uninstall the trial then install the production license, as it says in the error Article 000013162 - The customer account identifier in the license does not match that stored in the system message when installing an RSA Authentication Manager license has the information you need to install your new license.
