Dear Sir/Madam,
I am not able to select any RSA product SET, Request for, RSA Version during creating support case. There is no any input. It show only "None". Moreover, without selecting anything for these fields it is not possible to continue.
I need to select "RSA Adaptive Authentication (on Premise)" for RSA Product Set. "General" for Request For. "7.1" for RSA Version
Can anyone help me to solve that issue ?
