I need to decrypt my token seed records. When I enter the token pack ID, I get a message that the token pack ID is invalid.

The Invalid Token Pack ID message that you are seeing is a common error that requires we replace the tokens you have with a new set.
The fastest way to resolve this issue would be for you to open a case with our License Seed Response team for the replacement by opening a new case under Case Management in RSA Link. This automatically passes you through the security question requirement.
