I checked the permissions on your account and you are not registered for any groups related to the RSA Archer Suite" data-type="space‌, including the RSA Archer Customer/Partner Community" data-type="space‌., which is why you cannot access the Everything GRC 6.1 page.

Please follow the steps included in this article on 000035296 - How to re-register as a customer or partner on RSA Link, making sure you using a valid Site ID, Serial Number, License Key, or Contract Number in order to obtain full access to the website.

Hi Erica,

I am tasked with evaluating Archer GRC to see if it will be a good fit for our organization. We are a compliance and risk consulting firm and are looking to partner with a software provider which will suit our needs. Archer is the big one we are considering and that is why I am trying to access the documents so that I can have a proper evaluation done.
