Unable to access download page

Hi,

How i can download an updated version of my licensed software? I tried to access to the download page here

RSA SecurID PASSCODE Request

but i received the following error:

Our records indicate, we cannot find a recent order.

Error Code: SC001

Hi Massimo,

Based on the error it would appear that the licensed software is not associated with your account on RSA Download Central.  (https://download.rsasecurity.com)  To rectify this, you will want to Contact RSA Customer Support​ by sending an email to support@rsa.com and they should be able to assist you with getting access.

Thank you for your answer, I contacted the support and they told me how to fix the problem
