I have not been able to submit a new case on the case portal. When trying to do so, it keeps telling me that there is an issue with the subject but I cannot figure out what it is. I had to navigate to the old case portal to submit the case. Note that my case contains attachments. See attachment for the error.

This is a "new and improved" web site we were told about the site admin in his blog. 🙂
However, on a more serious note, I have exactly the same issue as you do. I thought it was just me but it appears that this new site is "buggy". Here goes your "improved".

Yes me too, I can't create a new case since yesterday
I got this message:
Correct the highlighted errors and try again.
Case creation failed. Try again later. If you continue to have problems, contact support.
but there are no highlighted errors and all fields are filled correctly

I am having the same issue, and the archer support email has been taken down. I have no way to communicate our issues.

Getting exactly the same issue, unable to create a new case, can't even create a case to tell RSA that I can't create a case!!

does anyone have the email address to send a CASE too? the one we did use no longer works. As I have the same issue as you have, and it says log a ticket.. I would LOVE to but nothing works.

The blocked web page error indicates your company does not permit traffic to box.com. This isn't an RSA error.
