Hello,
Much like a couple of other users I found on the forums I am a first time user and am unable to download software or create a support case. In both instances I receive an "Access Denied: You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action." When I registered for my account I did include a valid SecureID Access serial number. Any assistance or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
