Currently we cannot download any software patches or the authetnication agent for AM 8.5 P 1. The webpage keeps coming back saying "

The AM downloads page is working, but the Authentication Agent page is not working. Same error message.

@jeffshurtliff Hey so when I tried to access the download page for the Authentication Agent software it links me the myrsa page, and the agent software isn't there. i can get the AM software updates n o problem.

I'm experiencing the same issue. Prior to the RSA portal upgrade/makeover I could download anything I needed for my Archer platform. Now I need to download the latest version of one of our Use Case Packages and I log into MyRSA and there are no products listed there.

Also, something that would very beneficial is a historical development and version list of all Use Case Packages for the Archer Platform. Word, Excel, PDF, web page doesn't matter what the presentation or format is. Where can I find that or how can I request that product manifest? Thanks.

Hi @SandraCherry,
We are actively working to resolve the issue with the use case packages not displaying in an intuitive location (an unfortunate side effect of the platform migration that was not anticipated nor expected) but in the meantime you can access the use case packages on this page.
I will also pass on your feedback in your other comment about the manifest to the Archer product management team. I would also suggest posting an idea for the request on the Archer Idea Exchange so other customers can vote on it to show their shared desire.

I apologize that I missed your latest post until now. I must've inadvertently overlooked the notification.
I'm sure you've already discovered this a while ago, but the issue you mentioned has since been resolved and you can now find all of the agent download on the RSA Authentication Agent for Microsoft Windows Downloads page.
