Unable to open a support case

many thanks  for the quickly solution! Now i'm able to access! 

unfortunately, i've another issue trying to open a case: 

in the form, "* RSA Product Set" is empty and i can't choose nothing (see the attached screen) , so i'm unable to open case correctly. 

can you help me also for this?

It looks like there may be an issue with your maintenance contracts on file and we will need customer support to assist.
