Unable to open new case

I am attempting to access downloads for Authentication Manager, as I need to reimage our Authentication Manager appliance. However, I am getting "access denied" on the downloads page for that product. When I go to the page to open a case, I am getting something to the effect of "this page is temporarily unvailable". Please help!

Thanks for connecting with us. Please try now and you should be able to access the downloads and open the case as well.
