Activate error for Netwitness Freeware

I can't activate for NetWitness Investigator that shows "Registration Failed (400): false" when I submit registration. Please help me

Hello

Please confirm the PC that you have installed the NwInvestigatorSetup-11.4.2.0.783.x64.msi (MD5 hash: f9f487e596221a37d392636d99f94a23) freeware program onto has Internet access.

Also check if the PC can browse to the following URL, https://cms.netwitness.com

If it still fails to register please upload a screenshot of the program and error showing.

md5 hash is same and please see the below screenshot that still has error

Hello

Please try enter values without any blank spaces into the Registration fields (First Name and Organization)
