i just browse the SA server ip address and added two other SA server as broker successfully and logout. after sometime i try to login but got bad credential from GUI.

i type admin as username and netwitness as password on notepad and paste on the required filled but its showing that bad credential.

how can i resolve this issue?

i just stop the jettysrv and removed some from the uax/db

 

[root@SA_Globle ~]# cd /var/lib/netwitness/uax/db

[root@SA_Globle db]# ls

platform.h2.db

platform.h2.db.2013-06-27_104350.zip

platform.h2.db.backup.2013-12-01_060013.zip

platform.h2.db.backup.2013-12-01_062232.zip

platform.h2.db.backup.2013-12-01_182232.zip

platform.h2.db.backup.2013-12-02_062232.zip

platform.h2.db.backup.2013-12-02_182232.zip

platform.h2.db.backup.2013-12-03_062232.zip

platform.lobs.db

platform.lock.db

platform.trace.db


then start jettysrv and admin user worked. lol!

if you configure the email address then you can reset the password when you login, but if not, i don't know, maybe you can check with support.

Since you don't have any data, you may just want to re-image.

Just to help me clarify, you added 2 brokers to the SA interface? This should not have had anything to do with your credentials on your current SA server.

...do you know how to find the *.cfg files for the devices? Its easier if you use WinSCP rather than the command line...
