Access for Archer Documentation

Hi, I can't access any link that points to Archer Documentation. Thanks for help.

Hi Maros,

It looks like you are unable to access the restricted RSA Archer content because you did not select the "I am an RSA Customer or Partner" option when registering for an RSA Link account.  (Refer to the knowledge base article 000034625 - Unauthorized error when attempting to access a product page or content on RSA Link.)

To gain access to that area of the website, you will need to perform one of the following options:

• Return to the RSA Registration Portal and re-register with your same email address and this time select that option and provide your RSA Archer license number.  You will not need to update your password, security questions, or other information.  (Full instructions here:  How to Login or Register for an RSA Link Account)
• Go to the RSA Archer GRC" data-type="space‌ page and click on the Request Access to Private Archer Communities link in the right column under the Communities section.  You will then be granted access shortly afterwards by an RSA Archer community manager.  
  

  Please note that this is the less recommended option as it will only give you access to the restricted documentation and community content but will not provide access to the RSA Archer platform full-installers or to the My RSA Case Management portal, which you can only receive by registering as a customer.

Hi Jeff,

thank you for your answer. I wold like to chose the first option to get access to all resources, however I'm not able to. We are RSA Partner, not a customer, so we don't have required RSA Archer license number and without the license number I can't check that I'm RSA partner.

Hi Maros,

Thank you for the update.  I apologize for the inconvenience.  I have opened a ticket with our IT team to investigate why your account wasn't identified as an RSA Partner upon login, which would have granted you access to the restricted areas of the website.

In the meantime, I have granted your account temporary access while the root cause is identified and resolved.  If you try again, you should be able to access the RSA Archer documentation.

That said, you could import an excel file into Archer using either the Data Import and Data Feed functionalties of the platform. Assuming that the excel is currently very complex, it would need to be translated into a simpler format, such as CSV, first.

Yes, you can populate into an Archer application, and then report on it how you wish.
