How to I change my current RSA Link account access so I get access to product documentation?

Hi Gary,
If you need to upgrade your account to customer/partner status then you can do so by returning to https://community.rsa.com/register and re-registering with your same email address but this time selecting the "I am an RSA Customer or Partner" option. You will then be able to validate your status by providing a Site ID, Contract Number, Serial Number or License Key for your product. You will not need to change your password, security questions or On-Demand Authentication settings.
