As per the subject header - I'm unable to access the following link to gain access to the updates/releases of RSA Authentication Manager.

I'm intending to upgrade 2 servers (primary/replica) from 8.1 SP 1 P 15 to the latest 8.5 release.
I posted before but the post was marked as spam for some reason, and i had no reply.
Can you help?

All of the release downloads are located in myRSA, which you can access with this link - https://my.rsa.com/product or by clicking on the Full Product Downloads
button on the Authentication Manager Downloads page on RSA Link
Also we have opened a support case on your behalf with our Customer Asset Management (CAM) team to ensure you have the appropriate access. So please stand by for a response from them via email if you are not able to get to the downloads on myRSA immediately.

Thanks for reaching out @ITCompany and sorry you are having issues. It seems that you have not yet registered in RSA Link as I was not able to find an account associated with itinfrastructure@bluebay.com
Please register RSA Link by clicking on the Register Now button at the top and you should be able to access the necessary page.

Many thanks for your help, but I cannot see the full versions in there, only the patches.
Can you give me access to the full releases please? My upgrade path, according to the official docs, is as follows and so requires the full releases, as well as the patches.

Hi @ITCompany,
You can use the Version dropdown to get the downloads. If you still don't get it then you can use the search bar next to Version dropdown to search the downloads you need. Hope this helps!

I still cant see the 8.2 release. Can you unlock the 8.2 release please? Its required to go from 8.1sp1 to the latest 8.5.
