Cannot access My Cases

I cannot seem to access My Cases, it gives a SSO Error.

I was told an instruction was sent to me on how to add other users to the account. But couldn't locate it.

I will appreciate your assistance.

Please review 000035717 - A single sign-on error is displayed when accessing the Case Management portal on RSA Link for the SSO error you are experiencing.
