Cannot register access

Hi there,I still cant register my access into rsa archer community to open a new case.I got a problem on rsa archer system (workflow not starting). So i need to register my email to be customer or partners.

I got my serial/license number: [redacted] archer license key: [redacted]

Could you help me with it?Thank you.
