Cant access RSA Charge 2019 presentation

Hi Zuleika Pauneto,
Adding to what Erica Chalfin said, it looks like you did not select the "I am an RSA customer or partner" option when Video Link : 33974 and validate your customer status and, as such, you do not have full customer access to the website.
Because the RSA Charge presentations are only accessible to customers and partners with one or more active maintenance contracts associated with their accounts, this would be why you are seeing the "Unauthorized" message. (For additional details, refer to the article entitled 000035653 - Where can I find the RSA Charge presentations on RSA Link?)
To remedy this, you will need to 000035296 - How to re-register as a customer or partner on RSA Link which will grant you the appropriate access to the presentations, as well as to other restricted resources such as product downloads, the Case Management portal, etc.

For RSA Charge 2019 presentations, please go to RSA Charge 2019. Note that presentations will become available as they are received from presenters. Check back later if presentation materials are not yet available for a particular session.

Some pages and content on RSA Link are restricted to RSA customers or partners with valid maintenance contracts. If you are getting a message that you are unauthorized to see the content, please review 000034625 - Why am I getting an "Unauthorized" error when attempting to access a product page or content on RSA Link?
