Hi Erica,
I have not been able to complete the re-registration process due to missing information.
These are the information I have found on my CD.
Token Pack ID: <redacted>
confirmation No: <redacted>
Tokens are valid until 28th February 2021
Nothing is working to get re-registered.
To enable the team to implement the remaining tokens we need the tokensfile.xml and Password.txt

I redacted your token pack ID and confirmation number from your post. Please do not post those in a public forum.
I see the screen cap of the registration page Are you having issues getting past that?
Were you able to locate the decrypt.zip file, the password you created for that file, along with the token media CD? If you have those three items, we can open a technical support case for you to get your tokens imported. If you are missing any of these items, they cannot be accessed again through the website and we need to open a token meida replacement case with the Customer Asset Management team.

Hi Erica,
Pls switch to a 1-to-1 communication per email.
I am not able to open a case on the RSA portal due to a not completed registration.
Registration is not working.
The used “support” channel has declined the communication with reference to another RSA portal.
