Case update unexpected error

I have been trying to reopen a closed incomplete case but I keep getting 'an unexpected error has occurred' whenever I try to update it:

Contextually it seems to suggest an issue with the subject title, although I haven't touched this.

Unfortunately closed cases cannot be reopened. So please submit a new case by mentioning the details about the closed case. Apologies for the inconvenience! We will note this down and discuss on implementing that option soon. Hope this helps!
