Hi
I have an RSA community account but many of the links, especially to documents, are unavailable to me. Do I have some type of restricted account?

Thank you for the information. I looked at our administrative site and it looks like you are not registered with any groups within RSA Link which is why you are unable to access the https://community.rsa.com/community/products/archer-grc/navigator.
Please follow the steps in 000035296 - How to re-register as a customer or partner on RSA Link to correct the group memberships. Be sure to select the I am an RSA Customer or Partner option and provide a valid Site ID, Serial Number, License Key, or Contract Number in order to obtain full access to the website.

Hi Erica -
I have tried the steps above and got the success message but I still can't access documentation or the RSA Archer Navigator, I have logged out completely but still get that message. Does it take time to update?

Hi Tanya,
I apologize for the inconvenience. It looks like there was a hiccup with your account and it wasn't granted the proper access after re-registering. I am engaging our IT Operations team to investigate the root cause, but in the meantime I have granted you the access you need so you should be able to see everything you need now.
Please let me know if that is still not the case.
