However, that area of the website is only accessible to users that have identified themselves as RSA Archer customers. You can do this in the following ways:
- Register (or re-register) for an RSA Link account at https://enroll.rsasecurity.com (or by clicking the REGISTER NOW button on the RSA Link home page) and select the "I am an RSA Customer or Partner" option where you will be able to provide your RSA Archer License Key to validate yourself as a customer. When re-registering with the same email address, you will not need to change your password or any other information.
This method is recommended because you will also gain the ability to open and manage customer support cases by clicking on the My RSA option in the RSA Link main menu. (Refer to the Video Link : 21554 for more information.)
- You can also go to the RSA Archer GRC" data-type="space page on RSA Link and click on the Request Access to Private Archer Communities link on the right side of the page, which will allow you to submit an access request form that will be approved by the RSA Archer Community Management team. This option will only provide access to the restricted pages within the RSA Archer section of the website and will not grant access to the My RSA case management portal.
