I noticed that the DAS system (Direct Access System) has a faulty disk in its array: disk5. This disk has been automatically removed out of the array and is replaced by the hot-spare disk in the system (disk 11). So, the system is currently still running ok; but it is highly advised to have the faulty disk replaced asap: If another disk fails, the system as a whole will fail.

My question: as this system is out of maintenance and support, what is the procedure to follow to obtain a replacement disk?
